VAUGHAN, Vice
President has 11
years in sales working for
companies such as AT&T, data
consulting, CRM, and the data
storage industry. She was
a top producer in all her
sales positions, consistently
achieving over 400% of her
quota. Following her successful
sales career, Stephanie parlayed
her consultative selling skills
into the sales training arena
with Aspect Communications
and later EMC Corporation,
a 9B hardware and software
company based out of Boston.
Traveling the world, she spearheaded,
developed, managed and facilitated
sales programs for the internal
sales and partner organizations
and developed strategic plans
for the various sales roles
in order to facilitate top
line growth. She was a strategic
player in helping to develop
world class sales training
organizations on a global
level.
Stephanie first
met Chet Holmes and Jay Abraham
while running a part time
nutritional business when
she hired them to help her
grow her company. Chet, impressed
with Stephanie’s executive
skills and background, asked
her to serve as Head Coach
and Vice President for Chet
Holmes Int’l. She also has
recently taken on the task
of heading up and managing
the coaching organization
for Jay Levinson, Father of
Guerrilla Marketing. Since
Stephanie has taken over the
coaching division several
years ago for CHI, it has
grown by over 450% and continues
to flourish. One of her main
goals is to hire, manage and
develop top talent; business
minded, skilled and highly
experienced coaches to help
clients succeed and achieve
their goals utilizing tested
and proven concepts that teach
businesses how to grow from

In addition
to overseeing the coaching
division, Stephanie is also

STACEY
HYLEN is the principal
