How to pay at BizU
1. General information
a. All payments on this website are processed through secure connections and reliable payment providers, using SSL encryption, and comply with the PSD2 regulations for strong customer authentication (SCA).
b. We process your payment only after the order has been confirmed.
c. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days after receiving the goods. This right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the ordered and received products are returned within the statutory period, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. BizU reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned goods have been received and inspected.
2. Available payment methods
a. Available payment options may vary depending on your location and are automatically displayed during checkout.
b. Examples of payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, online payment platforms (such as Bancontact, PayPal, iDEAL), or bank transfers.
c. Any additional fees or surcharges for certain payment methods will be clearly indicated in advance.
3. Currency
a. Prices are displayed in euros or, in some countries, automatically converted into local currency (such as RON or HUF) based on the daily ECB exchange rate.
b. All payments are made in euros (EUR), including Belgian VAT, regardless of the displayed currency.
c. Any fees for currency conversion or bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Payment security
a. BizU uses certified and secure payment platforms and does not store payment data on its servers.
b. Sensitive payment information is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
c. We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensure the protection of your privacy.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a. If you cancel your order or exercise your right of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method, provided that the products are returned in a timely manner in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and in the original, unopened packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or whose packaging has been opened may be refused for refund in accordance with applicable law.
b. Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned goods, or once you have provided proof of shipment.
c. BizU is not liable for delays caused by payment providers or banks during refunds.
