General terms and conditions for the use of this website and our services

2. Applicability & Agreement
a. These terms and conditions (T&C) form the agreement between BizU and the customer.
b. By placing an order, the customer accepts these T&C.
c. For orders within the EU, prices are displayed in euros or, in some countries, indicatively in the local currency. The final payment is always made in euros. Belgian VAT rules apply, unless otherwise specified when EU thresholds are exceeded.
3. Product Information & Pricing
a. Product details are available on the webshop.
b. Prices are shown in euros or, in some countries, in local currencies (such as RON, HUF…), depending on platform settings and the exchange rate at the time of display.
c. All prices include VAT, applied according to the Belgian VAT rate. For sales to consumers within the EU (excluding Belgium) under the threshold of €10,000 per year, the Belgian VAT rate remains applicable.
d. Prices displayed in local currencies (such as RON or HUF) are indicative and automatically converted based on the daily ECB exchange rate. Final payment is made in euros, including Belgian VAT.
e. Shipping costs, taxes or import duties may be listed separately for non-EU regions.
f. Additional fees may apply for non-EU zones.
4. Payment
a. Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.
b. Payment authorization occurs immediately.
c. If the payment is declined, the order will be cancelled.
5. Delivery & Transfer of Risk
a. Delivery is made to the address provided, subject to availability.
b. Order confirmation will be sent via email.
c. Risk is transferred upon delivery to the carrier. For EU consumers, the risk remains with the customer until receipt.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
a. Consumers have 14 days to withdraw after receipt.
b. Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
c. Reimbursement of the product price and standard shipping costs will be made within 14 days after notification of return.
7. Complaints & Warranty
a. A legal warranty of 2 years applies in the EU.
b. Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
c. Complaints must be reported within 2 months after detection.
8. Liability
a. BizU is only liable for direct damages, up to the invoice amount.
b. No liability is accepted for indirect loss, loss of profit or ICT-related damages, in accordance with EU regulations.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All content (texts, logos, images) is the property of BizU.
b. Use is only permitted with written authorization.
10. Changes & Termination
a. BizU reserves the right to change these T&C.
b. Changes will be communicated via email and/or the website.
c. Continued use implies acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Applicable Law & Disputes
a. Belgian law applies.
b. Disputes will preferably be resolved through mediation; otherwise, the courts of Roeselare have jurisdiction.
12. EU E‑Commerce & Sustainability Obligations
a. BizU complies with the EU e‑commerce directive (consumer information, ongoing orders, advertising).
b. Packaging meets EU recycling targets (65% from 2025) and local regulations.
c. The webshop application is accessible in accordance with the EU Accessibility Act (“Design for All”).
