At BizU, we highly value transparency and compliance with European regulations on e-commerce. That’s why we maintain a return policy in line with Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/771.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide a reason. The withdrawal period starts on the day after the product has been delivered.

To exercise this right, you can easily contact us by email at bizu@bizu.be or via the form on https://mybizu.com/contactus. Within two working days, you will receive a confirmation from us along with the necessary return instructions, including the standard withdrawal form in accordance with EU Annex I(B).​

Return conditions

You must return the product within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. The product must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. Always include the completed return form and a copy of your invoice in the package.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly. BizU may withhold the refund until the product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, hygiene products whose seal has been broken, personalized or custom-made products, and digital content that is made immediately accessible after purchase.

Warranty and complaints

All products come with a legal warranty of 2 years in case of defects or non-conformity. Complaints can be submitted via bizu@bizu.be. We aim to handle every report within 14 working days.

Applicable law

This return policy is governed by Belgian law. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If necessary, the competent court is that of Roeselare.

Return instructions & Practical steps

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At mybizu.com, we do everything we can to make your return process simple and transparent. Just follow the steps below.

1. Register your return

Visit our contact page at https://mybizu.com/conta​ctus and let us know that you wish to initiate a return. Clearly mention your order number and the product for which you want to exercise your right of withdrawal. Within two working days, you will receive a response from us with the return instructions and the corresponding return form.

2. Prepare the packaging

Make sure the product is in its original condition and packaging. Include the completed return form and a copy of your invoice in the package. Seal the box securely to prevent damage during transport.

3. Ship the return

Take the package to a post office of your choice. You will receive the correct return address from us by email. Always keep your proof of shipment as evidence of your return. If the package is lost and you cannot provide proof of shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund.

4. Refund

As soon as we have received the returned product or valid proof of shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was damaged or delivered incorrectly. In that case, we will cover the return costs.
