General information
- We ship to all countries within the EU and beyond, depending on availability and local regulations.
- Customers are clearly informed in advance about the available shipping options and associated costs, tailored to the delivery address.
Shipping methods

For customers in Belgium, we offer at least two delivery options:
- Home delivery
- Delivery to pick-up points or lockers (PUDO)
- Similar options may be available for other countries, depending on local partners and regulations.
Costs and taxes
- All shipping costs, including any import duties, taxes, and surcharges, are clearly stated before placing the order.
- Customers outside the EU are responsible for any import duties and taxes upon receipt of the goods.
Delivery time
- The standard delivery time within the EU is up to 30 calendar days, unless otherwise specified.
- Any delays caused by external factors such as customs, carriers, or force majeure will be communicated promptly.
Transfer of risk
- For private customers within the EU, the risk only transfers upon receipt of the goods.
- For business customers and deliveries outside the EU, the risk transfers upon handover to the carrier.
Customs and import
- When shipping outside the EU, customs formalities and import fees may apply.
- We provide all necessary documents, but any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging regulations
- Our packaging complies with the EU Packaging Regulation 2025 and minimizes waste and volume.
- Shipments are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Complaints & missing deliveries
- Report any missing or damaged deliveries within 7 calendar days of receipt via bizu@bizu.be, including photos as proof if possible.
- We strive to resolve complaints promptly in consultation with the carrier, including replacement or refund.
- Customers can also make use of alternative dispute resolution through the European ODR platform.
